Larry was born in Concord, CA on December 21st and raised in Oakland, CA, he recently
married Tracey Hanley and they had a baby boy, Ryan Hanley Bryggman.
Larry also has a
son Jeffrey and a daughter Heidi.
Larry Bryggman joined the cast of ATWT as John Dixon in 1969 for which he received 2 awards for outstanding actor in 1984 and 1987.
Larry’s broadway credits include Ulysses in Nighttown with Zero Mostel; The
Lincoln Mask with Eva Marie Saint; The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel and
Richard III;
Both with Al
Pacino. He received a tony award nomination for Roundabout Theatre’s production
of Picnic for best featured actor.
He also
performed with a number of off broadway productions including New York Shakespear
Festival; the Manhatten Theatre Club, Lincoln Center Theatre, Manhatten Class
Company, Second Stage, and the Circle Repertory Company. And in 1993 he
received an obie for Overall Achievement Off Broadway.
His feature
film credits include Die Hard with a Vengence, And Justice for All, Hanky
Panky, and Looking for Richard directed by Al Pacino.
