Elizabeth lives in New York City; she has a son Jeremy Bennett; she is on the board of several international

Humanitarian Causes; she enjoys writing and traveling.  Elizabeth was born on December 22.


Elizabeth’s role of Dr Althea Davis on the Doctors got her an award for Daytime Emmy’s Outstanding Lead

Actress for which she was the first recipient.  She earned an additional award for her role as Edith Wilson in

First Ladies’ Diaries; she also appeared in the PBS production of Ceremony of Innocence.


Elizabeth originated the role of Lucinda Walsh on ATWT in April 1984; she has earned many honors for this role;

Including eight daytime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress; ten soap opera digest awards nominations;
